Culturequest provides a SaaS platform and related services that help organisations measure and improve employee culture and well-being.

Unless otherwise stated, Culturequest is the data controller for the processing described in this Privacy Policy. When we process employee data on behalf of our customers in the Culturequest platform, we act as data processor and the customer is the data controller. In those cases, our processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) with the relevant customer.

If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the DPA, the DPA prevails for processing carried out on behalf of the customer.
