Culturequest is a SaaS platform that helps organisations measure and improve employee well-being, engagement and culture. These Terms of Service explain the legal conditions for using our platform.
By creating an account, signing an order form or using the Culturequest platform, you accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
In short:
Who we contract with
The agreement is between Culturequest ApS and the legal entity that subscribes to the platform (your company). Your employees and other users get access under your organisation’s account.
What we provide
We provide a cloud-based platform for surveys, feedback, analytics and insights about well-being and culture, together with any professional services you purchase (for example implementation, training or workshops).
How data is handled
You remain owner of your data. We process personal data on your behalf as data processor. Details about privacy, security, sub-processors, retention and deletion are described in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and IT & Data Security documentation, which form part of the contract.
Your responsibilities
You control who has access to the platform, how surveys are configured, and how insights are used in your organisation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Culturequest complies with applicable employment and data protection laws.
Fees, term and termination
The platform is provided on a subscription basis as described in your order form. Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless you give timely notice. The Terms also describe when and how either party can terminate the agreement.
Risk, liability and acceptable use
The Terms include rules for acceptable use of the platform, limits on our liability, and how we handle issues such as service interruptions, third-party services and AI-generated insights.
